On World Mental Health Day, I’m proud to announce that “Slow Down, Birungi” has been longlisted for the Zealous Amplify creative competition on the theme of Mental Health and Wellbeing! You can view the exhibition here.
I created “Slow Down, Birungi” to remind myself to withdraw from hostile environments, listen to my body and prioritise my wellbeing.
